PCM Management and/or related affiliates require certain arrangements for booking talent managed by PCM. Below are the necessary requirements needed for booking consideration. All requirements marked (*) are to be met before date is filed for booking. If required fields marked (*) cannot be met at the starting process of booking talent, please leave a short description explaining reason(s) with the below form. Please note that we accept SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY and all otherwise will be denied. All fields must be filled accurately, unless otherwise, must it be filled to the requester's knowledge at the time of booking. Each request is reviewed in it's entirety by both PCM and requested band(s). Please be brief and descriptive when filling each field. Other arrangements can be viewed futher below for booking but will again require the use of the form given. Any questions relating to band(s), schedule(s), or all other related material can be forwarded to the below Contacts given.

The Creeping Puppets REQUIRE:

- For booking talent, promoter must be willing to provide details of purpose or promoting event. (e.g. Touring band support, Festival, Special Event, etc.) Though it does not affect availability, information on event is appreciated with brief history if any.

- Payment method or arrangements are negotiable depending on the Required Fields above. A minimum fee is required for traveling expenses. All other fees do not apply unless stated otherwise by PCM Management and Band. Maximum fees or requirements apply for select events and/or special locations.

- Traveling arrangements are handled by PCM and Band. Certian venues/locations require assistance to ensure on-time arrival. Locations outside of New Mexico and/or the Window Rock, Arizona area do require minimum fees or negotiations unless otherwise stated by band/promoter.

- ALL inquires MUST be submitted 1 MONTH PRIOR TO EVENT. (e.g. Show Date: April 28th, 2009 - Booking Deadline: March 28th, 2009) Dates unconfirmed by promoter WILL NOT be filed for band performance. The above Required Fields marked (*) are to be confirmed by promoter/venue before submitting Booking Requests. Any cancellations/rescheduled dates/relocations must be NOTIFIED to the Band 1-2 Weeks prior to changes. Failure to contact the Band before the given details will result in the cancel of appearance by the Band.

- Promoter/person(s) organizing event must provide available contacting information needed for informing purposes and/or updates from the band about scheduled event(s).

- Set-up/parking spaces must be available when band is present at the venue. Please arrange for any set-up/parking spaces to ensure on-time stage arrival. Set-up space must be able to fit Two (2) Drumkits, Three (3) Guitar/Bass amplifiers, road equipment and accessories. Parking space must fit 3-4 vehicles as well as an unloading space. PCM and Band provide "roadie" assistance to ensure safe transportation of equipment. Additional assistance is NOT needed unless otherwise stated by Band.

- Promoter/person(s) organizing event is expected to have reasonable stage space for ALL equipment needed/used during performance. Width of stage space must fit Two (2) Drumkits, Three (3) Guitar/Bass amplifiers, and accessories. Promoter is also expected to arrange stage space for equipment "break-down" in the event of rotating band(s).

- Promoter/person(s) organizing event must have quality sound and lighting systems provided. Sound crew(s) must be able to work with band(s) when changing and Mic-ing instruments. Instruments must be accessible and comfortable during performance. Lighting systems must be functional and remain visible on-stage for safety concerns. Stage crew is expected to work in a professional manner and remain careful when handling equipment.

- Set-times/Line-ups are to be finalized with Band 1 WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT. Any changes must be notified to Band As Soon As Possible! All set-times are considered final unless explained otherwise. All line-ups are considered final unless explained otherwise.

- Any further information or traveling arrangement concerns can be submitted to band before the scheduled event(s).

- Security is NOT required for booking nor will it affect availability, however, promoter must hold responsibility in the event of damaged equipment, injury, vandalism, etc. to any related contents or beings of PCM and/or The Creeping Puppets. In the event of any problems caused by alcohol or drug related person(s), promoter must be willing to remove or correct problem immediately.

 

THE ABOVE STATEMENTS ARE TO BE USED AS GUIDELINES AND/OR CONSIDERATIONS FOR PROMOTERS OR PERSON(S) HOSTING EVENTS THAT DO WISH TO INCLUDE 'THE CREEPING PUPPETS'. ALL REQUIRED FIELDS ARE FOR AVAILABILITY PURPOSES AND MUST BE ACCURATE TO FURTHER THE BOOKING PROCESS. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS RELATED TO THE ABOVE CONTENT CAN BE FORWARDED TO PCM MANAGEMENT & BOOKING OR THE CREEPING PUPPETS.
